All of our pieces are handmade with love and intention. We aim to make each design look just like the photos, but some bead colors or hardware may vary slightly depending on availability. Rest assured — the essence and quality of each Manguaré piece always remain. 💛


1. How long will my order take?
Since every accessory is handmade, we ask for 5 to 10 business days to prepare your order before shipping. If you need it sooner, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to help! 📦


2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship from Canada to several countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout.


3. Can I customize an accessory?
Absolutely! We love creating special pieces just for you. Send us your idea and let’s chat about what’s possible. Please note that custom orders may take a bit more time. 🎨


4. Can I return or exchange a product?
Because our accessories are handmade — and often customized — we don’t accept returns. However, if something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us. Your happiness matters to us. ✨


5. Where can I see your products in person?
You can visit our showroom in Keswick, Ontario by booking an appointment. We also take part in local markets and craft fairs. Follow us on Instagram to see where we’ll be next — we’d love to meet you!
